- the Medical Doctor, Health professional and Allied Medical Specialist and/or Medical Doctor, Health professional and Allied Medical Specialist’s practice shall indemnify us and hold us harmless on demand against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, awards, compensation costs (including legal costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis), expenses, damages, losses, fines, fees, costs and other liabilities of whatsoever nature brought against us arising out of or in connection with such breach.

Each new medical doctor joining RatedDoctor.com is entitled to a 14-day free trial period to explore the benefits of RatedDoctor Pro. Subscription Fee: Following the free trial period, the doctor agrees to subscribe to RatedDoctor Pro at a monthly subscription fee of £20.00 (twenty pounds sterling) per month.
- Payment Method: The subscription fee will be automatically charged at the end of the free trial period and subsequently on a monthly basis. The doctor must provide RatedDoctor.com with a valid payment method. Failure to process payment due to an expired or invalid payment method may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.
- Renewal and Cancellation: The subscription will automatically renew each month. The doctor has the right to cancel the subscription at any time. To cancel, the doctor must notify RatedDoctor.com through the designated cancellation procedure on the website at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, the doctor will retain access to RatedDoctor Pro until the end of the last paid billing cycle.
General Conditions
- Use of Service: The service provided by RatedDoctor Pro is intended solely for the registered doctor's professional and personal development. Any misuse of the service for unauthorised commercial purposes or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the subscription and potential legal action.
- Service Availability: RatedDoctor.com endeavours to ensure continuous availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Maintenance and updates are necessary and will be conducted with minimal disruption to the users.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: RatedDoctor.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The doctor will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Continued use of RatedDoctor Pro after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

APPLICABLE LAW
If You are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if You are a resident of Northern Ireland You may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if You are resident of Scotland, You may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If You are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
